2. How we use it

We use your information to operate the directory, respond to enquiries, manage legal professional listings and memberships, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.

When you contact a professional through Legal Seat, your message and contact details are shared with that professional so they can respond. If you give your express consent (by ticking the marketing box on the contact form), Legal Seat and its affiliated businesses — OLH Group, List It Realty Brokerage, and LandlordEzy — may also email you occasional updates, tips, and offers relevant to landlords. This consent is optional, is never required to contact a professional, and you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such email or by emailing hello@legalseat.ca.

3. Legal professional listings

Information in a public legal professional listing — name, city, rate, specialties, licence number, and contact details — is intended to be visible to landlords searching the directory.

4. Your rights

Consistent with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and applicable provincial legislation), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time.
